The vet post made me feel bad...
cuz a lot of us don't post what we are doing anymore for a variety of reasons.
And I totally understand cuz I've been doing it too.
But I wanted to give a small update, so the newbies can understand and some of the vets know where we stand.
I just had a hysteroscopy and a D&C to clean the scar tissue off my cervix. There was, according to Dr. K, "a bit" of scar tissue. Hopefully, this will help with my transfers (of which I've had 5 FET's and 1 fresh). All of my transfers have been somewhat difficult.
I start another stimulated IVF cycle in September and keep trying until December.
If we aren't PG by December, I'm done....I don't think I could possibly take much more of the IF stress, besides I don't want to start having a baby at 43 years old.

I understand not posting frequent updates, as I have had to slow down the updates about a condition that I have developed. I'm in a different place than you are at the moment but I would still use the words "self preservation" to describe what I have to do. That's a term I see a lot here and I totally understand it. Hope you get some great news in the coming months!!!

I wouldnt feel bad. I am hardly a vet and I find myself toning it down. It helps keep me sane and non-obsessive about things. You do what you need to do to stay strong. Those who want to hear from you will FM you privately and you give the information at your level of comfort. I wish you the best.

C'mon, Gertyrae!!! As a 43 yr old (who is going to be 44 in Jan), you can't quit if I am still in this IF fight!!!
Remain positive, it WILL happen, after all, your Dr. is working to remove any and all impediments to a successful cycle. Hang in there!!!
