the weird thing about mayo
Ok. so if you were eating a piece of chicken, you would never put mayo on it, right? But if you cut it up and mix it with mayo then its "chicken salad" and the combo of chicken and mayo is perfectly acceptable.
ETS:
I have the same thoughts about tuna and shrimp "salads" versus a piece of tuna and indiviual shrimps.

If I have a chicken patty or chicken breast on a roll, then I put mayo on it. But you are right, I wouldn't dip cut up chicken breast in mayo (it goes with honey mustard).

I agree, chicken cutlet, I would put mayo on or grilled chicken if it's in a sandwich, but I wouldn't just put it on it and eat it.
