The wheels of justice spin slowly.
Marty Tankleff appeared in court today. The case was adjourned until June. His lawyer seemed to be adament that he would not consent to further adjournments. I addition, grand jury proceedings have begun. That may mean indictments for other suspects. Marty's lawyer stressed that it is improper to use the grand jury to obtain additional evidence against Marty because Marty has already been indicted.
