Therapy week 2 and I am nervous again!!!grr
I dont know why I am nervous ..last week was fine but once again I am getting anxious and scared ....

You have nothing to be nervous about! You are doing something wonderful for yourself going to therapy. Just be honest with the therapist and think about what was discussed after the session (can you tell I am a therapist? )

I think once you are in the room you will be fine. It natural to be nervous- self-examination is really hard!

Thanks everyone. Last night was good. I think I get so worked up because I am scared of the truth. Hopefully with each week my nerves will calm down .. Thanks again
