There are workmen in the empty office next to mine and they are chain smoking!
It's disgusting and making me nauseous! I have already complained to the super although I don't know if anything was said or not.

call the fire dept. its illegal to smoke indoors now isnt it? as an asthmatic, that would drive me nuts! have you tried talking to them directly and asking them to stop?

Yes, they have been asked numerous times on various days not to smoke. They don't seem to care.

How large is your building? Do you have security? Call security and ask them to take care of it immediately.
That or call the super back and tell them you'll be calling the fire department because you smell smoke if he doesn't take care of it.
