There was a shooting at William Floyd HS tonight...
I just caught the end of the story on News 4...did anyone else see this?

They already do!!! That's why I'm not sure how the person got into the school with a gun!

Really?? Great. Maybe it happened on the property, outside of the building. I wasn't really paying attention to the story. I know it happened after school hours at a basketball game.

It apparently just happened tonight. I don't know much b/c I only caught the end of the story on the news.
The jist of it - There was a shooting tonight after the basketball game. No one killed but one shot.
That's all I got...

actually it does matter. my daughter was supposed to stay after today for activities but the teacher she was to stay after with was out today. I am grateful for that. the lack of security and control of those kids in this school is horrible. the kids run the school and they know it. something needs to be done.
eta: they do not say wither or not they caught the gun man... what if this gunman decides he want to finish the job and go during school hours come monday. there is a HUGE problem with gangs in this school

It happened outside the school after the basketball game.
They did not catch the gun man and don't really have much of a description. They said the kid that was shot was not the intended victim.
