They are annoying BUT funny sometimes...

I needed my students to help me do a project for one of my literacy classes. I did it during extended day.

So I said "come on guys I need this for school tonight" so they chime in with

"you still go to school?"
"is that college"
"So is your teacher nice" "
"all the people in your class are teachers too"

"are they your friends"

It was so funny and cute

i think it's important to tell kids about the learning we do outside of school. so many of them think after high school or college that's it. i always talk to them about things like that... to instill in them a need and love for learning and that it continues throughout life and to motivate those that come from families were education was not attained that it IS possible.
