They just called DH for overtime
So he ran out and he won't be home until tomorrow night.
I guess I'm on my own for dinner  Maybe I'll just save the flank steak for tomorrow and get pizza...

We are in the same boat tonight 
I just got off the phone from ordering a pizza since its just me and our son tonight.

What does your DH do? My DH got stuck doing OT this week and not only did I have to fend for dinner for myself which I ended up having nothing but I had to cancel our eye appts. GRRRRR BUT the OT helped pay for my expensive frames I picked out. 
eta: btw, my DH works for ConEd

My DH is a fire fighter - FDNY.
My birthday is coming up so I guess the extra $ will come in handy. I am trying to decide what to do for dinner....
