How do you cook this (not on the BBQ)? In the oven, on the stove, how long? I want to make it tonight.

I always just throw it on the George Foreman grill and put it on rolls with mustard. Yummmmm.

I would sautee it on the stove with a little olive oil until browned and no longer pink inside.

We don't have a George Forman anymore...too much of a PITA to clean. Chat Icon

I think I'm going to broil it...just trying to figure out how long to cook it for.

I usually throw it in a pan with an inch or so of water to let it steam through. Then once the water boils off let it brown up.
