I saw this on yahoo and thought I would share here. I think it applies to all our DC's not just those born in 2011.

I plan to prove them wrong on the "books" one 
And MAPS because well I personally believe that US Americans are unable to do so because some people out there in our nation don't have maps, and I believe that our education like such as South Africa, and the Iraq, everywhere like, such as, and I believe that they should, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., or should help South Africa, it should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future, for our children.

I think most of those will be wrong..... Books will be around forever, as will libraries, and even bookstores. Landlines still have many features above and beyond what any cellphone can do (like work in my house....  )
People will still argue about the unknown, they'll just use different sources for their "knowledge". "Well, Wikipedia said this" "Yeah, well, CNN said that"....
Watches will become the new phones, since carrying and holding a phone will become "quaint". Why hold a phone when you can just wear it?
Things will change, but that always happens...... How many of remember party lines, the Company Store, hand-crank cars, TVs without remotes, etc.

Some of these are sad to see go. I agree that books may not totally go but magazines I think will....having worked in the magazine publishing industry for a large portion of my career I've seen it's shrinking and the demise of many pags.
There are already things on this list though that I do without and I was born in 1975..LOL.

Travel Agents - I hope they don't go away. I love using them for big trips b/c I'm to lazy to plan all of it out.
Encyclopedias!! My Mom and I JUST talked about these the other day. We had a bookshelf dedicated to these, I remember always having to grab them as I would write my papers, then had to site the information properly. We were talking about how different it probably is for kids today when they write a paper.

It is SO different!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG I have my set of encyclopedias from the Dark Ages. I will never never never get rid of them. 1 set for 4 school age kids :)
My mother scrimped and saved to buy those suckers, they are staying with me for life.
I remember TRACING yes TRACING the illustrations of the digestive system for a report once or twice :D

I worked in the mag pub industry for years and it's slowly dying it's so sad...
