things I learned at my 30 wk appt today
I have an anterior placenta which explains the inconsistant movement
Not to put anything on my dry nipples/areola- to wait until my colastrum (sp?) comes in and spread that over the area to moisturize! that milk should start coming in soon.
our boobs are self-healing! lol that made me chuckle!
 is measuring right on schedule and her HB was 151.
Braxton Hicks feels like a hardening of the stomach/uterus. and what I have been feeling- like the baby is trying to head-butt her way out through my stomach- is braxton hicks.

Glad is on schedule is doing well! I had my 30 wk appointment today too. We share our due date 
I had no idea about the milk coming soon. It seems so early!
