My 1st graders ask me all the time. Do you have any kids? NO. Why not? Bc I have all of you and my dogs. The question gets annoying though. Also when their parents ask me.

Thanks, everyone. I know she didn't mean it to be hurtful. She's only 4 and doesn't know anything about IF. She's in the "why" phase. To her, all grown ups are mommies and daddies, so she was curious why I'm not. I think the innocence of her expectation is what got me the most.

I had my 2nd miscarriage the day after i told my niece and nephew they were getting a cousin... they asked me for a long time where the baby was... that was hard.

My 2 year old nephew has been saying "zia baby, zia baby" (zia = aunt in italian) honestly I don't where the hell the kid got this from or why he started saying it but I sure hope its cause he's got a sixth sense. It breaks my heart when i Hear him saying it though.
