Things to get my dh who is trying to lose weight...

He doesn't like fish or veggies.

oven baked chicken breast w/ panko bread crumbs: easy and healthy!

ingredients:
boneless skinless chicken breast trimmed of all fat
1/2 box panko breadcrumbs (plain)
1 T garlic powder
1T paprika
1T minced onion
1T basil
1T oregano
pinch of pepper
mustard (dijon or spicy deli or any kind u like)
1 gallon ziplock bag
pam cooking spray
baking sheet/cookie sheet, etc

preheat oven to 400 degrees F
spray baking sheet w/ pam

incorporate all dry ingredients in bag, close bag and shake to mix

spread thin coat of mustard on both sides of breasts

put breast in bag and coat w/ dry ingredients.

place breasts on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
