things we should not do while pregnant
please let me know besides not smoking and drinking which i dont do any of these thing s anyway what not to do during pregnancy . can i go in the pool?

some people tell me no its not good for the pregnancy . i have been out of the pool for a mont already and i hope im not missing out.

No hot tubs. Doctors usually have a list of foods that he/she would like you to avoid. At your first appt. your doc will probably give you one.

no hot baths or hot tubs.... water should be a bit cooler than body temperature.
no jogging / high impact exercises no ab exercises
limit caffeine, large fish like tuna, and foods with nitrites /nitrates. rare or raw meat or fish. when making a sandwich at home, heat up your coldcuts until they begin to steam before eating them (kills listeria... just to be safe)
I think the most important rule is 'STAY HYDRATED!' drink a lot of water...
you can go into a regular pool... some people even take prenatal aqua-aerobics! hope this helps.....
