Thinking about Easter Dinner...what's on your menu?
I'm doing it for the first time so I'm looking for some good yet not too difficult ideas. I'm thinking possibly a ham...any suggestions on side dishes?

I don't do holiday dinners - we scoot my sisters house and my IL's. BUT.. if I did I would probably do some sort of Spring Celebration theme. It's all about re-birth. So maybe with the ham you can have stuff like:
Baby spring vegetable medley
New potatoes in butter with fresh snipped chives
A spring salad with a fresh lemon vinaigrette
Maybe start with some deviled eggs and stuffed cherry tomatoes (Stuff them with a bacon, mayo and green onion mixture and put them on a plate covered in lettuce). Maybe a raspberry filled coconut cake for dessert?

ravioli-as a pasta course
and then
spiral ham
scalloped potatoes
asparagus
yummo, I can't wait.
