Thinking about going to a nutritionist.
I can't get into the right state of mind when it comes to dieting and being healthy. I am either really on, or totally off. I have tried WW so many times it's embarrassing. Since getting married 3.5 years ago I gained so much weight. I was never really skin and always had to watch my weight, but I have bee out of control. The one time I lost the weight (before I even met Scott), I did it on my own doing Low Carb. Everytime it seems harder and harder.
Can anyone one recommend a nutritionist in the LEvittown area?

I applaud you for wanting to go to a nutritionist!  I know it helped me a lot when I went to one. I don't know a nutritionist in your area though.

I have been to a Nutritionist before, just not in your area. I would really suggest trying Weight Watchers, they can teach you the right way to eat and you can have the support of a group.

I totally here you! you sounds exactly like me... it is so hard. i've lost the same 35 pounds over and over and over again... and now, i am on the upside again. Good luck. I am meeting with a new doctor next week and am getting a full endocronological work done too, to narrow that out. I am going to inquire about a nutrionist and see what referrals she might give me. i'll keep you posted,
