Thinking of buying a Creative Playthings swinget anyone have feedback?
We've decided we're going to invest in an "upper level" swingset since we have 2 active boys and I'm sure I'll get my $$'s worth. We're looking at either the Lexington (5x7 playdeck) or the Williamsburg (5x5 playdeck). Basically, we can get the Williamsburg with the rock wall, rope ladder and built-in picnic table for just under $2,400 or we can get the Lexington with the rock wall and ladder for $2,500.
How do these prices look to you if you have shopped there before? They're saying this is their last big sale before prices go up for the season. Also, what do you think -- bigger playdeck or more features (ie, picnic table)?
We're also looking at an on-line set from Kids Creations. It looks so super nice -- 100% redwood (no chemical treatment -- the pine from CP is pressure treated, though they say it is non-toxic). But #1, we can't see it in person before we buy and #2, DH will have to put it together, whereas CP will install.
Here the kids creations one: Kids Creations

We have the one with the rock wall, but no picnic table underneath. We paid around 2k with installation, maybe a little more 2 years ago. We didn't get the most expensive wood. We got the one under it which was still chemical free. I love it. We went with them for the warranty.

Sorry can't edit on the iPad.
We got ours from creative playthings in lindenhurst. They also have coupons online and in the papers sometimes.

We also have the Creative Playthings swingset and spent just about the same amount at the end of the season sale 1 1/2 ago. The other one that you posted looks really fun, but I think the fact that you have to install it yourself, makes it less desirable to myself.

We have this one:
Lexington
Just as pictured except we only have the roof on the bottom platform. DS loves have the two levels and honestly plays on that more than the swingset part. He also plays underneath.
I don't think the price is bad. We actually found ours on Craigslist (or ebay - don't remember) and it was only one year old at the time. We hired Creative Playthings to move and install for us and somehow we still have a warranty.
