do you think it's convenient?

i brought the babyfood blender. i would hate to open it up and only use it once or two.

any book recommendation on babyfood making? or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think it depends on your schedule. I know I tried at first but it was too much for me. BOht DH & I work and our weekend shcedules were also so busy and I wanted to spend all my time out of work with DS. Aslo I found that I could not keep up with DS big appetite. I know soem ladies on here have been able to master it, so I think its doable. It just wasn't for me.

Good Luck though, I think its a great idea.

I just use our regular blender and I bought the book Super Baby Foods. It has actually been very convenient for us.
Good Luck!

I made all of DS's baby food...easier than I thought it would be and I would make big batches and freeze so I only had to do it once or twice a month.

I used a steamer to steam the foods and then transferred to a food processor to puree. Made it easier to have those big appliances to make large quantities...in my opinion.

I used www.wholesomebabyfood.com as my #1 resource...had all the books too but didn't use them as much.

I do half and half. I don't mind making the food, but I am also home from work now and have more time. I use the puree button on my regular blender. I also found good info from the website, wholesomebabyfood.com
