Third Trimester Ladies
Is anyone else having trouble sleeping? I am in my 33 week and already not sleeping well. I can sleep for a few hours but then I have a hard time staying asleep the whole night. The past couple of nights, I have been waking up at like 1 or 2 and not falling back asleep until 4 or 5 and then getting up at 6 for work. Anyone else having this problem? I have over 7 weeks left and I am exhausted.

Yes, I have. It has been horrible. Last night I was so tired. Went up to bed around 10, didn't even fall asleep till after 12 then kept wakng up every half hour. I don't know what to do. On top of everything else I'm getting so uncomfortable. But the end is in sight in 7 more weeks.

I feel the same way.....I wake in the middle of the night, unable to fall back asleep.....no wonder im always tired

I haven't slept in weeks  between getting up to go to the bathroom every two hours and trying to roll over, I am so uncomforable. Oh did I mention the heartburn???

Slept terrible last night again. Do you have a body pillow? also try not eating after dinner. hang in there.

It has just started for me. This past week has been horrible. I fall asleep fine and then I wake to use the bathroom and Im unable to fall back to sleep. Im so exhausted.

I just have to say thank God that Theresa and I are friends..... While she is up with Sofia, I am talking to her in the middle of the night.....
I don't know what it is to sleep well anymore.... between being uncomfortable, and having the insomnia issues....
I sit here in the middle of the night talking to her until I get tired enough to fall back asleep or Sofia needs her....

Same here on all accounts. I have to take a Tylenol PM every couple of days or I think that I can actually go days without sleep.
I bought a rocker recliner for the baby's room and I eventually get up in the middle of the night to sleep in that. That actually gives me almost two SOLID hours of sleep...hallelujah!!

I couldn't say it better myself.
You know, I've heard people say this is nature's way of preparing us for getting up all night with a newborn......I dunno, if u ask me, I'd rather sleep now and hit the shocking realization of no sleep later.

Usually I fall asleep in bed, wake up around two to use the bathroom and that is it!!

I'm not feeling too bad sleep wise, I've had wicked insomnia this whole pregnancy and to be honest I am probably sleeping a little bit more now than I was The anaemia makes me very tired though. I am finding that I am "slowing down" considerably, I can't walk as fast or get up off the sofa very quickly, still can't eat red meat but over all I'm feeling pretty good. I can't beleive I'm in my 3rd trimester already, where did the time go? These babies will be here before we know it!
