This heat is messing up my running!
It's so HARD to keep going. I'm not complaining. I'm just noticing how the heat REALLY effects the body!

My husband says it takes 2 weeks for your body to acclimatize to the new temperatures. I am running SO slow this week and can barely finish the lower end of my daily mileage. I am glad tomorrow will be cooler.

It's gotten to the point where I'm running at 7:00 PM because it's just too hot before that. I wake up at 5:30 in the morning for work, so I couldn't possibly go running before that. I guess we just have to tough it out!

Oh good, I thought it was me. DS was making fun of me last night. I quit like 1/2 block early, I couldn't breathe.

It has been AWFUL!!! I can't take it...I'm running 30seconds/mile slower these past days.
it was really going to my head and I was getting upset since the half marathon is this weekend and I have such a goal in my head.
I've been running at 7 too, but it's still awful!!!

I always run very early morning in teh summer or after the sun sets at night. Its muchbetter. I dont like that blaring heat feeling!

I despise running in the heat. This past saturday I went at 6:30am. I am never motivated to get up early but if it means beating the heat I have to do it!
