This house - on my block For sale for 2 years
Levittown
They originally asked $525k
Then $499k
Then $469k
Then $455k
and now $439k
Small Back yard
No garage
Very bland exterior
Its a big white box
Inside needs some updating. I looked at it with my friend one day.
Its been for sale for 2 years.....

no wonder why its been for sale for over 2 years....its ugly and has no character....for that price....they need to make a few improvements to the outside

That's a wierd stove
People are so lazy. All they needed to do was throw some shutters up, but some shrubs/flowers and that would look like a completely new house. They could have saved themselves $60k of reductions with about $5K of improvements.

Thats what im saying
The upstairs is a weird layout.
There is a big waste of space in the middle when you go up the stairs. Like a living room area.....
Then on the left side is two bedrooms, and on the right side two other bedrooms and a full bath
Downstairs is one bedroom and another bathroom with a jacuzzi tub...

The inside isn't too bad, but, the outside definitely needs work. I have a house like this around the corner from me. Absolutely hideous.
