This is a first for me! Christmas gift related..
We have 16 kids gifts to buy this year.... and as of yesterday, they are ALL PURCHASED!!!!!
I have NEVER even started Christmas shopping before Black Friday and this year all the kids gifts are done before BF! woohoo!!!!!!!! Now I just have to get our parents gifts and DH's gift. Now I know why so many people start their shopping early! I never got it before, but this feels GOOD!

i have all the kids clothes purchased---black friday the toys will be purchased. man i need a smaller family.

Way to go!
We finished shopping for the kids in our family, too. I did some shopping on my lunch hour last week and then DH and I went out and just got it all done Saturday night.
The only gifts I still have to buy are for DH (EEK!) and my parents. I'm stumped for my parents... but something will come to me!
