This is a random post about beer
Has anyone ever had Oberon Ale? It's a beer only made in summer months in Michigan. We have friends who live there and they brought some up last weekend. It's kind of dark and fruity and you drink it with an orange slice. I looked online, and I can't find it to order it anywhere....but man, is it delicious. And I'm not even a beer girl. Anyone ever taste this???? The orange slice is KEY....

Thanks! I saw that, but it doesn't let you order; they don't ship beer!

Re: This is a random post about beer
I haven't heard of the beer you're talking about but I believe there's a bluepoint brew that you put a slice of orange in. Maybe that brew is similar?

Re: This is a random post about beer
Try Croxley Ales in Rockville Ctr, Franklin Sq, or ABC city - Or Effen Gruven on Sunrise Highway in Bellmore across from the Bellmore train station ........those are the only 2 places I know who carry 50+ random beers on tap .........

Blue Moon... it's an amber (I think) and the orange slice makes it so yummy!
