This is kind of gross...
but, did anyone see that commercial where teenagers put leeches on their bodies...Is this commercial for real??   Why are kids doing this???

Yes, they call it slomming (sticking leeches on myself). It's not real, it's basically saying like how stupid, hurtful smoking can be and how far would you go to "be cool". I hate the commercial.

its not real. its meant to be sarcastic to say that doing drugs (or is it smoking?) isnt a fad so dont follow what your friends are doing. its disgusting (just like the leeches) so just because everyone else is doing it doesnt make it cool.
