This is probably a dumb question regarding the clarisonic...
Does it just get your skin really really clean? Or are there other benefits? Does it help with aging/wrinkles?

it definitely cleans better than anything else
some spas use it
they did a test where they used it versus a regular hand cleaning, and it got out most residue
another big benefit is since it cleans deeply, anything you apply after, be it moisturizer or acne cream, it can penetrate more deeply, and be more effective
not sure about wrinkles

I feel like it also exfoliates so that makes your skin smoother and softer.

it does have definite exfoliating benefits...mine came with the sensitive brush and I just bought the normal brushes which are more abrasive, but I have dry skin and need the extra exfoliating power.

I just saw a demo of it on QVC. They said in addition to making your skin cleaner, it's supposed to diminish fine lines and make your pores smaller.
