this may sound like a stupid question..
but hear /read me out please..
what exactly is in my belly? like i said it a stupid question. obviously there is a baby in there . but the baby is NOT that big.. so why is my stomach so big? i admit i had a pouch prior to getting pregnant.. but i'm just trying to figure out.. what else is in there that is making my stomach so big?
when i feel my baby girl moving i feel her on th bottom of my stomach.. close to my pelvic area.. so if she's down there.. what is in this big balloon area on my stomach?
thank you for reading, and if possible answering..

The uterus also pushes eveything else UP as it grows so what you think is the baby, really isn't.

All of the above it true, don't forget the fluid retention and the increased blood volume.
For example-- My milk doesn't come in but yet my boobs get HUGE-- Like needing their own zip code HUGE-- but I never produce milk. This all happens from fluids and increased blood flow
