This might be a stupid question...
Can I have hot chocolate?
I know we're supposed to avoid caffeine, but was wondering what you thought of this..

I am having some right now! RE hasn't told me anything about not drinking hot chocolate or anything with caffeine for that matter. I just chose not to drink anything caffeinated. I don't think hot chocolate has much caffeine in it..

I had asked the dr. and the amount of caffine in regular hot chocolate is pretty low. I do not have any oher caffine so I think it is ok.
I get the one that is calcium fortified, since I hate milk

I was told to just keep the caffeine intake to a minumum. So if I had caffeinated green tea, I skipped the chocolate.
