This post is bananas...b.a.n.a.n.a.s
Okay, lets talk bananas.
How many bananas can one baby eat and how often? If I give the kiddy bananas at every meal, is that going to bind him all up and cause constipation???
I have banana on my arm now. How does it get there??? Holy Crap am I exhausted!!
Just to how exhausted I am...and to what a total numpty I am...I turned up at 3 pm for an 11 am playdate at the ceramic painting place...note to self, read email that comes AFTER the first one entitled "change of plans"

I'm not sure how many they can eat in a day but I do know they bind them up.

I would opt for bananas maybe once every 4-5 days. I'd rather get veggies in them. But they are good - you can have a lot if you'd like.

Sidney LOVES bananas. She ate an entire one once in one sitting and it caused problems for 3 days. Now she only gets about 1/4 banana every other day or so. So sad cause she lights up when I bring it out. (Plus I eat one everyday in my cereal and I have to sneak it in)

Emily probably eats bananas daily since we do a lot of the mixed fruits like banana, apple, pear and bananas with mixed berries.
We do other types like plain applesauce, pears, etc, but she prefers the banana ones so we offer them to her a lot.
We combat the constipation with avacados. Yes, the green mushy things that babies love!
