This should make for fun times with a newborn...
The house behind the one we live in was recently demolished and excavated. This is what it looks like now - the view from Ed-lie's room. Im thinking that there is no way the outside structure will be close to done by the time she is born. The only positive thing is that they generally stop working by 4 or 5 so she will at least be able to be in her room at night - if we are lucky:

oh dear.....well, you still have over 2 months, you never know, sometimes construction projects actually move along quick.
