This sound like a good price
We are re doing our basement and we were quoted 1300 from a electrcian for
-5 highhat lights
-8 outlets
-1 carbon monixide detector
2- smoke detectors
dryer electrical being moved
dimmer switch
removal of old electric.
I have no idea if 1300 is resonable or if i should keep looking. TIA

I know for our house they charged us $125 per highhat. I think an electrician we had to upgrade charged us $40 for an outlet but the line was there already.

thanks for the response, hes said hes giving a deal *he use to be my landlord before we bought our house* but ive never had ne electrical work done so i realy dont know whats considered a good price. lol

it sounds EXCELLENT to me.
we had a 800 bill for i think 6 highhats, wiring for a fan with a dimmer (already in the ceiling) and one or two outlets. then charged another 150 for trying to find a line outage in the house, that he couldn't locate.
