This Sunday
Is my first race in 6 years!!!! 
I am so excited - and a little nervous!!!! I know Stephanie will be there, but she'll be leaving me in the dust. So will my DH.
Can I get some good luck vibes?

Good for you. All the best on Sunday!! Don't worry about who is ahead of you or behind you just set a pace and finish.
My first 5k a 83 year old man lapped me. I know he was 83 because he got a medal for being the oldest runner in the race  . Finishing is all that matters  .

I was battling it out with a 73 RACEWALKER at my first race!!!  How awesome are they?

I am really going to push for at LEAST 10 min mile average. I'm not worried about distance.
