just a tale..everyone says to me "you are still pretty. Are you sure it's a girl" 
we dont know what we're having but i think its funny that 99% of people tell me you're still pretty so its a boy

Never changed for me.
For the 1st tri, I was told I was having a boy from the way I looked.
Until I found out it was a girl. Nothing ever changed except my a zz and belly

We're having a girl and the only thing that has changed is I have more acne on my chest. I have not noticed my face changing, but then again I have not gained any weight and am still down 6lbs from prepregnancy. I have a fiend who is having a girl and she has gained all her weight in her face. I know that's harsh to say, but it is true. She did, however, do the same thing when she had her son as well so it could just be how she is.

i didnt think it changed, and neither did Dh bit ppl started noticing it in my 3rd tri. Now - when I look back at pictures - it def did change.
