Those of you pg from an FET w/ Dr. B...

did he make you wait 4 weeks from the day of transfer for your first sonogram?
Mine was a 5 day transfer... so wouldn't that mean I will be 6 weeks 5 days or so for my sonogram? We lost our twins by 7 1/2 weeks last time... this is REALLY freaking me out that he wants to wait that long before STARTING to do sonograms. Tell me I'm just being paranoid...

He had me wait till 6wk2d instead of the typical 6wk mark. He said it was to increase the chance of seeing a heartbeat.



If you are feeling nervous about it, email him! That's what I did when I freaked out that he wanted to see me a whole two days later

I was convinced it was because he thought there was a problem!!

I was an IUI but had to wait until 6w2d. He wanted to make sure we'd see a heartbeat and not give me a heart-a-stroke. It's hard but hang in there. Oh and

My DS is from a 5 day FET with Dr. B. My first sono, I believe, was either 6wks or 6wks1d.
