Those on WW
How do you break up your points during each day?
For me lately I am so into breakfast, but I feel like it uses too many points too early in the day.
I get 20 points...
Usually I use 4-5 breakfast 4-5 lunch 2 mid day snack leaving around 8 for dinner...which is fine, but I always want a snack at night!
HELP!

I usually use 2-5 points on breakfast 3-7 on lunch 2 points for a snack then the rest for dinner/dessert

I get 20, but I find that I lose weight faster eating 25.
3pts- breakfast (usually kashi and soy milk)
1pt- banana/apple/pear at work
5-9pts- lunch (usually a WW/LC frozen meal and a salad or fruit)
1pt- another fruit before the gym, maybe some nuts or popcorn
2pts- gatorade
8pts- dinner (sandwich, salad and a little treat, like a Skinny Cow ice cream)

I usually use anywhere from 3 to5 points at breakfast, 6-7 at lunch and the remaining (I get 22 points) for dinner and a snack. Dinner is my favorite meal, so I always try to save points for that.

I know that this is crazy but I dont eat breakfast at all on ww and it seems to be working for me. I don't find breakfast foods to be worth it, if that makes any sense. Also, I hit the gym in the morning so I hate going with a full stomach. I much prefer 8 points at lunch and 10 points at dinner with room for a 2 point snack or so in the evening.

I get 20 points per day and this is usually how my typical day pans out ...
Breakfast: 3-4 points Coffee, no sugar, 2 tbs skim milk (0 points) Farina (2 points), made with water or 1/2 cup skim milk (add a point) Berries (1 point)
Snack: Coffee, no sugar, 2 tbs skim milk (0 points)
Lunch: 5-7 points Lean Cuisine (4-6 point range only) Fruit
Snack: 0 points Herbal Tea, no sugar
Dinner: 10-12 points varies ... usually broken up by 2-3 points starch, 1 point veggies, the rest protien/main meal.
Snack: Sometimes WW ice cream, sometimes not.
