Those Resuable bags that fold up and titanium bottles for water--- where can I get them? Is there an eco-friendly store on LI?
I am looking to buy them as gifts for my teaching assistants. Any suggestions?

Try a health food store, wild by nature, whole foods. Even some sports stores have them.

I got my water bottle on Amazon...I think the brand is Oggi. It comes in a whole bunch of different colors. I use it everyday.

I also got mine on amazon. I got a kleen kanteen. 
BTW, to the OP, I think they may have some at Target. Check the sporting section.
The thing is that a lot of them are aluminium, not stainless steel.
