Have you thought about tutoring on the side? If so, how to you advertise yourself?

i have but with two toddlers and twins on the way, and working full-time, i just haven't been able to swing it! i will probably be staying home once the twins come and will need $$$$ so am thinking of doing Wilson on the side. I am also Level II certified so i think that could be my benefit and I could get some older kids that want to finish the program.

I was thinking of advertising in the local libraries. In addition, once you are certified with Wilson, they have you in their database. You can have them refer you to parents that call looking for a certified Wilson teacher. (They have sent me a few parents....essentially, the parents call and say I live in X town and they give the names of locally certified Wilson teacher based on area code or zip code.) You could probably even call Wilson and ask if there has been any inquiries for your area.

In addition, I am going to look into what districts near me actually use Wilson as an intervention and advertise in those libraries, schools, etc. those would be parents more likely wanted summer tutoring, etc.
