Those that eat the WW english muffins
I just thought I would share what I found. I went to Stop and Shop and they did not have the WW English muffins, so I was looking for options and picked up Stop and Shop's brand Light English Muffins. They are 90 calories, no fat and 5 grams of fiber, so they equal out to 1 point. I actually like them WAY better. They are more like a real english muffin, with lots of "knooks and crannies- " and are just as filling. They were also only $1.50 which is an added bonus!

Thanks for the tip! I too think the WW EM are yuck...they have a cardboard texture to them or something...and like you said...no nooks & crannies! I will definitely check them out! If you ever can't find them the Thomas whole grain light ones are pretty good too, but sometimes I like a good ol' regular EM...I'll check them out this weekend!

Yep the WW ones stink. Store brand lite brand is soooo much better!

I have been buying the S&S english muffins for a while now. I really like them.
