Those w/babies who HATED their car seat...
Did they always hate them?
My son has gotten better once we switched to the convertible seat, but still has fits here or there and cries for a few seconds when we put him in it.
Is he forever going to hate being in a car seat?

DD hated the infant seat, we switched her to her Britax at 9 months. I'd say from then on, she was a pretty content girl in the car...still is.
Hope he starts to like it soon

Kristina had EFFING FITS when she was in her infant seat...
As soon as I switched her to the Britax... she was a happy baby.
I too didn't think it was ever going to end.... but it's finally over!
It will end for you too! Promise!!!!!!!

DS is MUCH better since moving into the convertible seat thank THE LORD!!! But it's still hit or miss. I'd say he's 90% better though - he used to cry the entire time. Took long enough 8 months later! Does he have something to play with or chew on? I try to give him something to hold, although he tosses it and gets annoyed at some point.

Mine never complained in the infant seat but hates the Britax... she's going to have to deal though. It may be she hates wearing her coat more than the seat - but we'll find out when the weather gets warmer. She seems to hate being restrained, again she'll have to get over it.

Eva hated her infant seat so much we were forced to change to the Britax at 5 months..now she loves it!!!

He mightbe happier when he can be forward facing (as we all know, at 1 AND 20lbs ) because he will be able to see out, you know?

Both DS's hated their infant car seats, we ended up switching them to the convertible seat at around four months because the car was about the only place they ever cried and carried on! Once they were in the convertible seats, they were fine though.

So it looks like there is hope with the convertible seat DD is not to fond of the infant seat and fusses everyday morning and afternoon to go in.

Kaitee hated her carseat from birth until she was 1 1/2 years old. She would scream from the moment we put her in the seat til the moment we took her out(which was so much fun on our 8 hour car rides ).
It didn't stop when we switched her to the convertable carseat or when we turned her around at 12 months either. One day she just got over it. I remember thinking for 1 week straight "I can't believe we are in the car and she isn't screaming" but I didn't say it out loud to my husband for fear of jinxing it
