When you see say a scratch or dent, etc, what did you do? Is this the norm?

About 5 or so of my cabinets were damaged. I co texted the cabinet company I got them from and they resent new ones. I also purchased cabinets w lifetime guarantee. So I can replace if they break, wear , etc

Thank you. Do they replace the full cabinet or say a door?

I only had issues with doors being cracked or jointed not sealed properly. If the cabinet itself was damaged, they would have replaced that too. I made sure of all of that before choosing a cabinet company. when spending this amount of money-I don’t want to be left with “it is what it is”

Thanks again. What do you mean by joint not sealed properly?

There were a few joints that were noticeable on the cabinet face (where one piece met another). From the wood swelling and contracting. It’s normal to see some but a couple of them were soooo obvious and I wasn’t happy. So they swapped them out
