Those who delayed shots - what did you do?

This isn't another post on if you should or shouldn't delay shots, it is more tactical. For those who did delay shots, I have a couple of quiestions:

1. which shots did you delay?
- did you start delaying/breaking them up at the 1 yr mark with the MMR?
2. when did you (or plan to) give these shots?
3. did you break them up?

Thanks!

With my older girls I just waited for them to have the MMR...this was years ago so I dont remember exactly what I did..but I think I just told the ped "next time"

With Caden we broke up his shots...he still gets them we just broke them up so he didnt get them all at one time..we will delay the MMR until after 2...

Honestly this isnt something I feel strongly about or even something that I am all that educated on. Just something that DH and I felt "couldnt hurt"....KWIM??

I know exactly what you mean, because that is how I feel. DS is 6 months old and I have given him his shots as scheduled. But I know I am going to delay the MMR and am wondering if I should break up all the other shots.

my doctors office only gives 2 shots per visit (i went once a month from when he was 2 months to 7 months), and it worked out great. he is 10.5 months and is update to date and i had piece of mind knowing i wasn't giving him to many per visit (i didnt want to give more them two b/c i feel like its to much for their little bodies and i was lucky my doctors office just does it-its their policy). i already spoke to my doctor about delaying the MMR till hes around 3 and i wont be giving the chicken pox shot at his 1 year visit

I am delaying just because I do not want my dd to get more than 2 per visit. I am following a schedule recommended by dr. sears in his book. By 1 year we should be all caught up and on track. I will probably push off the MMR a little but still doing research so I haven't made a final decision yet.
