Those who experienced AF cramping before BFP...
when did you notice them? What DPO? And what time of day? Was it all day or particular times?

I basically have had minor cramping every day (and still have it) ever since I O'd. It comes and goes on and off all day, I notice it most at night I think, but it does happen throughout the entire day.

Around 7-8 DPO. I had them all day, but they would come and go. Sometimes they where pretty light and other times I swore AF was coming. I only spotted once, and never again.
Oh yeah, I'm 5 weeks and I still have them, but they aren't so bad anymore.

I started getting AF like cramps at 5DPO and they lasted on and off throughout the day. I also had cramping throughout the whole first trimester. I got my BFP at 10DPO. Lots of luck!!

At 8DPO I had spotting and cramping. Then the spotting went away. I got my BFP at 10DPO (VERY faint).
With DD#1- cramping was my first givewaya that *something was amiss* because I NEVER cramped before AF.

i started cramping around 8 or 9dpo.
Then the cramping felt like indigestion around 12 to 13 dpo
I really thought af was coming- the symptoms are SOO similar!
What gave it away for me, was how sore my boobies were.. they were never that sore when I was getting af.. I could barely touch them!

at 5dpo I had dull cramping, and then it went away. Then, at 9po I had them again - dull, achy cramps along with lower back aches. I tested that night at 9dpo and got my BFP.
M, these cramps were not similar to AF for me. It's hard to explain. It didn't feel like AF was coming for me - it was a different kind of cramp altogether.
