They are no signs. The only thing was that the nurse said after I drank it she could tell by my voice that I would fail. I thought that was strange.

Re: Those who failed the Glucose Test...
Im assuming that Im going to fail BUT that might be b/c I always fail!!!!!!!
I do think that I feel funny if I eat something too sweet and sugary in the morning..(after not eating the whole night)..I basically keep to a pretty strict diet BUT sometimes there are donuts or a cinnamon bun around and I just cant help it!..
We'lll see next week.

Re: Those who failed the Glucose Test...
With my first pregnancy I really had no signs that I knew of and it took me off guard totally. My nutritionalist actually told me my diet and my lifestyle didn't seem typical of someone with GD. I was queasy throughout my pregnancy and she said it could have been related.
This time when I failed the 1 hour - I assumed I had GD because I am at higher risk since having it with my 1st and I don't eat nearly as healthy as I did with my first - but low and behold - I passed the 3 hour with flying colors.

Wow! I am so glad you passed the second time. I read that 2 out of 3 will get it again in their future pregnancies. Good to know for me if I get pregnant again!
