Those who go to NSUH Clinic

Do you know their hours? Or can you give me an idea of typical appointment times for CD3 tests, and then IUI's?

Im just wondering, cause I forgot to ask...

Re: Those who go to NSUH Clinic

sorry I am not sure. I have had appointments as early as 7:15, but I always look for the later appointments. I never had IUI there either.

What I can tell you is I am rarely there more than 30 minutes. Today I was done in 20 minutes and NO waiting!!!!!

I was there at 7 this morning and they seemed to just be opening. The good news is I have NEVER been there more than 30 minutes for blood and sono, so you should be able to get in and out quickly.

That is good to know. My dr just referred me to Dr. Chu, and I looked at their web site and they list hours as 8-5. Earlier would be great since I have to be at work at 9.

I work in Melville and I see Dr Chu at night at Huntington Hosp too. I went at like 6:15...so there are varied hours.

Dr Chu seems very smart and detailed. I think you will ike her!

Well they finally called me back and I will see her at the Manhasset location at 6 un like 2 weeks! So I don't have to leave work early.

I have PCOS and she specializes in this. Her credentials are very good (she went to harvard, residency at yale, and fellowship at columbia).

We are not TTCing until May but my OBGYN and last endo (he just up and left with no notice last week) thinks I will have problems TTCing- (short luteal phases, very irregular periods, cysts) so he wants me to start working with her now to try to fix me up so I don't have to put it off too much longer. She is the only one in the group who apparently likes to work with PCOS to get them ready to TTC.

I am so glad to hear that you like her.
