Those who know about the NYS IVF grant...
application... do you have any idea if there's a time frame on when your bloodwork levels that they request had to be done w/in?
I can't seem to find the levels they're looking for on CD3 ANYWHERE in my bloodwork 
Which if Dr. K doesn't see it on monday then I'm guessing I'm going to be put on provera, and have to wait for AF to come so we can get those levels checked--- which is probably 2 weeks + and I was hoping to get the application completed and sent in before then...
I'm going to look one more time but was hoping someone might know.

I don't know the answer to your question. I do know that the IVF providers participating in the grant decide to approve/disapprove it and the amount allocated. So LI IVF would be able to waive that part for you if they agree to, I'd guess.

Thanks- I'll just have to see what he says tomorrow. I still have to copy all of my records so I have a copy--- that'll be fun to do today.

The CD3 FSH level has to have been tested within 6 months of starting the round of IVF treatment and the level of FSH must be below 10 to quailfy.
