Those who know stuff about wine please help!
I had a party the other night and I put 3 unopened bottles into the fridge.
And of course I forgot about them...
Question-
Can I take them out and store them back at room temp or did I ruin them by putting them in the fridge?

If they're white you're fine. If they are red, you need to smell or taste to make sure they are still good. As a general rule I will not refrigerate reds. Don't chill wine and then let them get to room temp and chill again.

Dh said he would just leave them in the fridge.
There is a possibility if taken out the cork would dry up and that would make the wine go bad.
If it is red wine - the day you are going to drink it take it out a couple of hours before.

They are all white... I guess I'll just leave them in the fridge.

Well, 3 unopened whites are okay. Before you serve them, open them and leave them out. Even white wine can be too cold and ruin the taste. If you said they were open, no. No more than one day for open white.
