We stayed overnight here Marriot Courtyard it was nice and clean and only 4 miles away from the park. I would stay there again.

Do a search on hotels.com for places in PA right near Sesame Place. There are a number of places RIGHT down the road from the park. I remember seeing a red roof in and I think a Marriot courtyard, amoung others.
