THose with new jobs--how'd you get them?
Just curious as someone in the midst of a new job search and who wants a new job BAD how did those of you landing new jobs get them? What works best?

I have not accepted a new job yet, but all of the offers I have recieved lin this past month have been from me contacting the company directly too see if they have any openings for me. I got 3 offers this way!
So far I got nothing from headhutners and 1 from careerbuilder.com.
ETA: For my current job and all of my previous jobs, I found them through networking.

head hunters-
posting my resume on hot jobs
job fairs
and the one I accepted was a referral from a freind- but 2 headhunters contacted me about the job also

Well I am a teacher...so sometimes we use other means like pounding the pavement and putting resumes in principals hands and stuff...When I was working in media I used every single job website...my resume was on all of them...also blast faxed too
