Those with Skip Hop diaper bags

I have a double stroller with a bar and the double diaper bag seems way to big. I know I have 2 under 2 but since I am BF I don't need all the stuff I needed like when I had DS (formula wise) I was thinking of getting the single but I wasn't sure if I could snap it onto the stroller. Does it only snap on the sides or the single not have those clips and you hang it over the stroller? Should I just get the double and deal with the extra room. I mean it is a great bag when we go for day trips back to NY but for every day or to the mall it seems big.

I have both the duo double and the dash. The double fits onto the sides of the handlebar and the single can clip onto the middle of the bar (but I find this position annoying). Usually, I just put the shoulder strap across the handlebar and it works just fine.
