Those with swollen feet
Go float in a pool!!
I was in my parents pool today just floating along and my feet feel great! Although it didnt make the swelling go down, the tightness went away.
I think I might have to do this everyday....

I tied that. Didn't work for me. If I say the word "edema" one more time, people may think that is my baby's name.
