They have this in Gymboree (E.Northport).
Yeah our Gymboree here has it too. I was not a fan.. AJ was too easily all over it.. tipping and falling off of it. I didn't like it much at all. JMHO

there is something up with the person selling that slide. They have a rotating stock of items and I cant seem to figure out how. Unless they are picking up cheaper or for free from other places and reselling them.

You're so right! Definitely something shady with him! Last year, I met him to buy a push buggy that he had (before I realized that for at least 1 year now, he's had a rotating stock of baby items) needless to say, it was in terrible condition and he was not negotiable despite the fact that stickers were torn off and the wheels were torn up. Very bizarre if you ask me! Because he was so set on a certain price, I think he buys things at garage sales/finds things on the curb them sells them. Not too sure if Craig's List would be to happy about this "employee" but that slide is adorable!

Well, not the part where stuff is in bad condition. But, pretty smart to pickup stuff for free and sell it!

I highly doubt Craig's List cares to be honest
He probably drives around on garbage day and gets stuff off the curb. If he has time to do that, list the stuff, and make appointments to meet with people...well I'm sure he deserves the money he makes.
